Virtual Coach/Video Feedback

Introducing the future of rowing excellence. Dive into my brand new revolutionary video feedback subscription service. Elevate your skills, perfect your form, and unlock your full potential on the water with personalized coaching and insights. Submit up to 5 videos weekly with feedback given Monday-Friday during work hours (except holidays). Videos can be a combination of on-water and erg training.

Subscription: $200.00/month
This service is included in the Level 2 and Level 3 Training Plan.

Erg 1:1 Coaching

Unlock the full potential of your rowing journey, regardless of where you are in your pursuit of excellence. Whether you've recently acquired a rowing machine for your home workouts or you're an ambitious junior athlete aiming for that coveted scholarship, these specialized sessions cater perfectly to your needs. A minimum of 1 of these sessions is required for all new training plan athletes.

Indoor Rowing Seminar

Elevate the rowing expertise at your gym and empower both your clients and trainers with the knowledge of proper indoor rowing techniques. Our specialized option is tailor-made for gym owners like you, ensuring a seamless and effective indoor rowing experience for everyone involved, including Crossfit and HIIT gyms.

With a group size of up to 12 participants, my comprehensive sessions are designed to provide hands-on guidance and valuable insights. Your trainers will receive take-home information, equipping them with valuable resources for future reference, making sure they can continue imparting their newfound expertise to clients long after the session.

LEVEL 1 PLAN

  • 2 erg workouts per week

  • Goal-based workouts

  • Power zone analysis

  • Weekly training plan adaptions based on performance and feedback.

  • Individualized technical drills to improve any stroke errors.

  • Email once every week to go over how the plan is going in further detail.

  • Communication + training plan adjustments Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm Pacific.


    4-week plan $320.00

    *please note that plans are confidential and not to be shared. When training has been completed, the plan will be deleted.

    Please speak to your doctor before starting any new training regime.

LEVEL 2 PLAN

  • 3-4 erg+ workouts a week (based on needs)

  • Goal-based workouts

  • Power zone analysis

  • Weekly training plan adaptions based on performance and feedback.

  • Individualized technical drills to improve any stroke errors

  • Email once every week to go over how the plan is going in further detail.

  • Communication + training plan adjustments Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm Pacific.

  • 1-2 videos weekly can be submitted for video analysis.

    4-week plan plan $550.00

LEVEL 3 PLAN

  • 4-6 erg+ workouts per week (based on needs)

  • Goal-based workouts

  • Power zone analysis

  • Weekly training plan adaptions based on performance and feedback.

  • Individualized technical drills to improve any stroke errors

  • Includes a subscription to my video feedback service valued a $200.00/month

  • Priority time slot selection for private sessions, sent out in a weekly email.

  • Priority time slot for erg tests during RADAR weeks (national testing weeks for competitive athletes)

  • Race video analysis.

  • Regular check-ins

  • Basic Nutrition strategy

  • Unlimited training plan adaptions to work around your schedule changes.

  • Included on information forwarding mail list for information and reminders about RADAR, regattas and training camp opportunities.

  • Communication + training plan adjustments 7 days a week (based on availability), 9am-3pm. Please note that this is text only on weekends. Up to 2 hours total per week.

    4-week plan $1200.00
